Course Description

Abacus Level 3 – Advancing Mental Math Skills
Level 3 introduces students to more complex calculations and strengthens their mental math ability. Learners practice addition and subtraction with larger multi-digit numbers and begin working with simple multiplication concepts on the abacus. Advanced small friend and big friend techniques, along with higher complements, are applied to solve problems quickly and accurately. Greater focus is given to mental visualization, enabling children to perform sums without relying on the physical abacus. By the end of this level, students demonstrate improved speed, sharper memory, and stronger problem-solving skills.
